If you would like to discuss whether psychotherapy is appropriate for you, you can make an appointment for an initial consultation with one of our members to discuss what is involved. Then, if you decide to go further, you can arrange with the therapist the times, rates and frequency of sessions. The National Health Service does provide some limited opportunities for psychotherapy, and such referrals are usually made through your general practitioner.
